Firstly, read the Client Information Sheet (CIS) that we’ve prepared for you. The CIS briefly introduces the Counselling Interactive with some basic information you need to know.

Secondly, download and complete Client Data Form and read the Client Agreement Contract. And, bring the form and the contract to your first session.

Lastly, just turn up at your appointed time. The address is 56 Campsie St., Campsie. There is parking at the back of the building via Wilfred Lane.
